Jurgen Klopp Reports "Absolutely Good News" On Injured Liverpool Star

Mark Lawrenson says Liverpool will hold Manchester United to a draw

Liverpool have got their European campaign off to a slow start after failing to defeat Sevilla at home and being held to a 1-1 draw by Spartak Moscow.

Asked if he would afford Woodburn some game-time against Maribor, Klopp said: "No. It's the last place I would do things like this".

"We'll make one or two changes, we will see, but the first job is not to think the same thing that obviously a lot of you think already: [don't] underestimate the opponent".

"I heard the stadium is not usually sold out, Champions League nights will be sold out, and will be a great atmosphere". "He [Woodburn] is here, playing for the Under-19's".

Liverpool's manager is sticking with his policy of rotating goalkeepers, with the German replacing Belgium's Simon Mignolet, who kept a clean sheet in Saturday's draw against Manchester United.

"Yes, Loris will start".

Much like in the Premier League, there's no easy matches in Europe, but with that being said, this is one that the Reds should be able to manage with the relative ease that's eluded them since they rolled Arsenal over back in August.

"We have a couple of players more here, but it's the same squad [as for United] plus a few more players here". The England global has been missed greatly by the Reds, but Klopp is confident that the former Southampton playmaker will be able to return to action after the worldwide break.

He told Liverpool's official site: "It's absolutely good news".

The England global is yet to start a league fixture and Klopp said before the United clash that he still needed time to adapt to Liverpool's style of football. "It would be fantastic for us, of course".

"We have lost two games, one in the [EFL] Cup and one with 10-men against Manchester City".

Instead, Lallana will be allowed to remain at Melwood during the November break after-if all goes to plan-being eased back into the matchday squad at some point over the next three weeks.
