Sean Hannity Gins Up New Conspiracy to Fight Conspiracy Mongering Charges

Trump Budget With $3.6 Trillion in Cuts Hurts Supporters

Perhaps most telling was the reaction from Fox News' own primetime host, Sean Hannity, who has been one of the loudest voices over the last week promoting the conspiracy theory.

Mary and Joel Rich in an op-ed published Wednesday in the Washington Post said their son's death "has been turned into a political football". Officers discovered a "conscious and breathing" Rich at 2100 Flagler Place NW.

If there was any confusion in those statements, Hannity clarified when he responded to @TrumpGirlStrong's tweet that said "Do NOT give up on @seanhannity". The band of his wristwatch was torn but not broken. "For all of you in the media, I'm not going to stop doing my job and asking questions, because I know the lies you're telling, and the conspiracies you've spun, with no evidence, to destroy a president in conjunction with the deep state". When pressed, he admitted that he had no such evidence described in the local report, claiming that he had only heard about possible evidence from a Fox News reporter, who was already preparing their story that ran the next day. When TheDCNF reached out to the police for information regarding the presence of body cams or surveillance footage near the scene of the crime, the department refused to confirm or deny the existence of surveillance footage.

Fox posted on its website: "On May 16, a story was posted on the Fox News website on the investigation into the 2016 murder of DNC Staffer Seth Rich".

Last week, Rich's family called on Fox to retract stories based on unfounded allegations that Rich was targeted because he was a source for WikiLeaks and threatened legal action. Wheeler has since backed off his claims.

The statement did not include an apology to Rich's family or any admission of regret. Among them, removal of what was an exclusive story for Fox News with investigator Rod Wheeler and stunning new developments with none other than Kim Dotcom, the internet entrepreneur, and frequent target of USA law enforcement agencies. While it is true their aim does seem to be that Hannity loses his show, a boycott is also an expression of free speech, and people are allowed to try and organize one against him for any reason, even if they simply don't like the ties he wears. In recent days, Hannity has come under fire for refusing to back down from his promotion of a conspiracy theory surrounding the murder of a former Democratic National Committee staffer, Seth Rich.

New Zealand internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom recently caused a wave of media reaction when he claimed that Seth Rich, was indeed the leaker, and that the two had been in touch before regarding the formation of an American branch of the "Internet Party". Journalists and executives within Fox watched with growing alarm as Hannity, the network's fixture at 10 p.m., repeatedly legitimized suspicion that Rich's death was linked to the DNC leaks. That nightmare is what our family goes through every day. He also said that his team is pursuing details that have not yet been made public. When asked if he thought that there was video out there that hasn't been released, Burkman said, "We believe it exists".

Yesterday, Kim promised a blockbuster announcement that would have major ramifications for the investigation into Rich's death, which remains unsolved.
