Nintendo Switch is Fastest Selling Console Ever For The Company

The Japanese gaming giant is now proudly revealing just how much Nintendo Switch units its was able to sell in March, in the United States alone, making it its fastest-selling video game system in its history and, a bolder claim to make, one of the fastest selling gaming system of all time.

The company's latest console just became the fastest selling video game system in the U.S.in the company's history.

The initial success of the Switch - which works as both a TV-linked console and a portable device - is directly tied to Nintendo's classic video game franchise "The Legend of Zelda", according to analysts. Nintendo shows their fighting game called ARMS to launch on June 16th.

Bye Bye Boxboy r eleases today and a lot of Kirby games were announced for this year including a brand new Kirby game for the 3DS. However, since limited edition versions of Breath of the Wild are included in the data, the most likely explanation is that gamers purchased two copies of the game-a collector's edition and a base version to play on the system. Where its long-term game stands has yet to be seen, as it's still working to make the system readily available to buyers interested in it.

It is no secret that Payday 2 has pretty much been abandon in the other consoles and since the game has so many bugs that have not been fixed yet, why would they want to port to the Nintendo Switch.

The Switch is the fastest selling Nintendo system ever. Peanut butter and jelly, sea salt and vinegar on kettle cooked chips, Bill Belichick and Tom Brady-you get the idea. Sony could easily return to the top of the chart if Nintendo struggles to keep Switch systems on retailer shelves or as the publisher launches some of its bigger exclusives later in 2017 like God of War. It sold 906,000 units in March, which also resulted in it beating PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the best-selling console of the month. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Arms, Splatoon 2, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Super Mario Odyssey are all slated to launch this year, which should result in some quality games for Switch owners. Nintendo is prepping a physical edition of Minecraft for the Switch for May 11, 2017 that will retail for $30.
