Wales 'embrace' England challenge

Sam Warburton paid England the ultimate compliment by saying they have earned the right to be compared to the All Blacks

Harlequins openside flanker Clifford has come into the back-row in place of Tom Wood, who drops to the replacements, while Exeter wing Jack Nowell replaces Jonny May, who also drops to the bench.

May and Wood are both named on the bench with the rest of the side unchanged after Saturday's opening 19-16 victory over France at Twickenham. "We've got extremely motivated players and are looking forward to the challenge England will bring".

"It will be a memorable moment for our players running out in front of a sell-out crowd, but as coaches we want to see how they react to that pressure against a strong England side", unusual added.

"Once we go down the M4 and cross the Severn River, we don't control anything", Jones said on Thursday, but he has had the week on a piece of string.

Kingston, the Quins director of rugby, said: "Jack has played in front of big crowds and while it is a different arena, he is a quality act and will make sure he has prepared meticulously".

That means that the back row of Sam Warburton, Justin Tipuric and Ross Moriarty are retained in the starting XV and Howley will hope they all lift their game with the added competition.

And England head coach Jones said his side will be prepared for more mind games in the Welsh capital.

"You can sense it and we know as players during the build-up to Wales-England games that's the one the fans look forward to the most".

England triumphed 21-16 on their last visit to Cardiff under Stuart Lancaster two years ago, but their 30-3 hammering in 2013 was the fourth defeat they had suffered across the Severn Bridge since 2005. "Warburton's an interesting player - he reminds me a bit of Chris Robshaw". It's a big game for him; I don't want to create any banter.

"We are just waiting to see what they (England) say".

"They're two experienced players, they are important players for us - George in the wide channels and Dan through his experience and leadership. Whatever we do on Saturday, we'll be better for it". "Sean has been playing well for Pontypridd and has impressed in training with us, while Callum, who has returned from injury, was one of our outstanding players at U18 level".

"We've got a few options".

Clifford, who was not involved against France, has seven caps but his only global start came in last May's game against the Welsh.

And Howley has gone for that experience over the effervescent tyro Davies who fired up the Wales back line in the second half against Rome.
