Willie Nelson Cancels More Dates

Willie Nelson has postponed three California shows because of illness

Details of the music legend's illness have not been made public. The next day, April 29, the singer turns 84.

After canceling a few nights of his Las Vegas residency in late January, he's postponed shows this week in Bakersfield, Calif. The statement, posted to his Facebook page, also failed to reveal the illness from which Nelson was recovering.

Crystal Palace Talent Buyer Jerry Hufford says that efforts are underway to arrange alternate dates as early as Monday (Feb 6th), but refunds can be claimed at point of purchase beginning Wednesday (Feb 8th).

Nelson's publicist Elaine Schock gave no details as to the specifics of the illness, but says the 83-year-old singer plans to be back on the road for his February 16 concert in San Antonio. However, his publicist, Elain Shock, told the Associated Press that he is trying to recover from a bad cold. Back in 2015, the legendary singer underwent stem cell surgery.

The new collection includes seven songs co-written by Nelson along with longtime producer, Buddy Cannon. Thanks to IMAX & Regal, you have the chance to win an wonderful prize pack full of LEGO sets, movie tickets and more!
